What this means for our customers:
We will be trading as normal. However, for the next 3 weeks you won’t be able to turn onto Egmont Street from St Aubyn Street to access the centre.
Surrounding streets will remain open, so you can still use alternative routes to visit and shop with us.

SH44 NEW PLYMOUTH, TARANAKI – TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES

Plan ahead for three weeks of 24/7 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT at the Egmont St intersection, starting Monday 19 January for traffic signal upgrades.

Access to and from Egmont St will be CLOSED during this time.

Road users travelling on SH44 should adhere to traffic management directions and drive with caution.

Roadworks are weather dependent and may be rescheduled at short notice. Any changes to the schedule will be posted in the comments. ^AG

🔥 MAPLE BBQ PULLED HAM 🔥

Spent the day running a beautiful bone-in ham from TLC Meats through the pellet smoker and the results were next-level.

Low and slow, plenty of smoke, finished with a maple BBQ glaze, and by the end it was so tender it pulled apart on its own and soaked back up all those juices. Sweet, smoky, sticky, and dangerously easy to eat.

Perfect reminder that when you start with quality meat, you don’t need to overthink it — just time, heat, and a bit of patience.
