A quick, flavour-packed spin on puttanesca using Italian Grind, black olives, capers, garlic, onion, a few anchovies, passata, chilli flakes, fresh basil and NZ-made pasta. Finished with plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Rich & comforting and on the table in under 20 minutes.
