We research the products that we sell to make sure we are happy with the quality, level of potential absorption, and price. Usually every Tuesday and Friday we get a delivery of fresh NZ grown organic seasonal fruit and vegetables; and on Tuesday & Wednesday we get a range of fresh gluten-free & sour dough breads.
