Narbey Olive Oil The olives are hand picked when they are almost ripe to make sure that the oil has a high level of polyphenols and antioxidants.

Narbey Olive Grove is nestled in the hills above Waipu, with a view of Bream Bay and an ever changing vista of the elusive Little Barrier Island in the distance. The 400 plus olive trees are sheltered by a backdrop of mature indigenous trees and large outcrops of limestone, indicating the close proximity to the well-known Waipu Caves. talian cultivars - Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino as well as the NZ heritage cultivar J5 (probably brought here by the Missionaries in the 19th century). The oil produced is blended together for a full and intense flavour in the tradition of Italian Single Estates where the combined flavours and aromas produce a full and lasting sensation in the mouth and a peppery finish on the palate.
