We specialize in Retailing the highest quality NZ Farmed (and MAF Inspected) meat to the customers as well as providing a Registered Home-Kill Service. Knowledge of meat is his passion, however if he is unsure of a cut that has been requested by a customer, he will do some research to ensure the customer gets what they want, whether it is in our Retail shop or as part of the Home-Kill service we provide. It is the ideal place to buy those specialty cuts (pork belly to name just one example) that you don't get just anywhere. We also have a range of Gluten-Free smallgoods that we sell or can be made through our homekill service. Our friendly and experience staff are always their to help you, so why not drop in to experience for yourselves the Good Old Fashioned Personal Service that you don't get from larger Supermarkets. Hi everyone! For those that haven’t asked yet here are our Christmas hours:
Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd: 7am - 5.30pm
Christmas Eve: 7am - 5pm
Closed Christmas and Boxing Day
Open Saturday 27th 8am - 12pm
Open Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st 7am - 5.30pm
Closed New Year’s Day and new years holiday.
Resume normal hours from Saturday 3rd January.
We do still have a few Christmas cooked on the bone hams left for those that might be thinking they’ve left it too late! We also have anything else you might be needing for your Christmas lunch whether it’s a roast, a bbq or anything else!
