TRACKSUIT UPDATE 🤎🖤

A lot of people have been asking about the process and why these take time, so I wanted to show you all properly now that my sample has arrived 🔥 arohamai my daughter borrowed it 🤣🤣 so late post.

These embossed sets are not pre-made stock sitting on shelves ready to send out. Every set is made completely from scratch.
The process has been:
✔ Designs created
✔ Custom embossing moulds made
✔ Fabric colours selected
✔ Sample production completed
✔ Sample checked in person
✔ Final changes confirmed
✔ Presales closed
✔ Bulk production started
✔ Fabric sent to embossing factory
✔ Sewing and finishing underway
✔ Packaging and shipping to NZ next
Production is nearly complete now 🙌🏽

Also — the sample colour in the video is actually MY own custom colour choice 😍 not the official mocha colour everyone ordered. It’s more of a grey/kahki tone in person and turned out mean as 🔥

Quick update on the Motiti Straw hats 🧢

The hats have arrived, but I’m doing a full quality check before sending any orders out.

I approved the order based on the supplier’s samples received. Unfortunately, the actual order has arrived different from what was approved.

The natural/tan hats were meant to be a natural tan straw colour, but the supplier has produced them in a warmer rusty brown tone instead.

Some of the black hats have also arrived with brown tones running through the straw, so those will not be sent as full-price stock.

I’m currently working with the supplier to rectify this issue, but I wanted to be upfront with everyone first.

If you ordered a natural/tan hat, I’ll be contacting you so you can confirm whether you’re happy with the colour

I’ll also update everyone with a video once I’ve finished checking the hats properly in natural light.

Thank you for your patience while I sort through everything. I’d rather take the time to check each order than rush anything out.
