Our amazing bacon strikes again.....we have a WINNER
RMNZ have just told us our streaky bacon has won a medal in the national bacon competition! (Won't find out what until July)
Now we just need to back it up with the People's Choice Award.

Patea Butchery will be closed for the week of the Matariki holiday. Until then we will have limited stock and staff and will focus on homekill and bacon production. If you need anything special for Matariki please order it before Friday 14 June.

Matariki is a time to slow down and reflect, come together with whanau and friends, to feast and remember our loved ones who have passed. It is also a time to plan, look forward to the future, and, most importantly, connect with nature. Enjoy.
