Our Black Doris Plums in Pinot Noir have become a customer favourite, and Gus has been busy experimenting with new creations. In his Portobello Kitchen (Augustines of Portobello ), he's crafting syrup for a Black Doris Kola and a spiced Black Doris Ketchup.
PS: Our delicious plums are sourced from Moorpark and Mulberry in Cromwell.
