I ran out of time earlier in the week to post about our new containers that arrived from overseas, so here are a few items, and the rest are in our store, waiting for you to take them home and sort them out!🫰🏠👩‍🍳

🌟🌟Love Cooking/Eating?🌟🌟
Whether you love cooking, or eating (other people’s cooking) then Big T has the sauces, spices, snacks, staple ingredients and more to take your meals to the next level.
Our latest container has arrived and there is a great restock of our most popular sauces such as Pad Thai, Sweet and Sour, Maggi Seasoning Sauce, as well as some new products to try like Concentrated Tamarind Sauce, a new Sriracha and *mini* Sriracha! (Disclaimer: In case you noticed, the mini Sriracha does NOT actually come with googly eyes, but they are so cute and mini and we felt that we needed to add them for this occasion hehe!)

We have a great sale running at the moment with plenty of bargains in store, including Kanomchan Flour and Fruit and Vege Batter Mix.

Pop in and see what else has arrived! This is just a small sample of what has come, and we can’t wait to see you at our new store in Rolleston!

🌟🌟Big T will be closed this coming Monday 1st June due to the King's Birthday public holiday.🌟🌟

🩷🥬Veges🥬 🩷
We have some lovely Autumn Veges in store now!
Have you seen these Beautiful Heart Turnips? (Radishes)
Plain on the outside and 🤩🤩🤩 on the inside.
Our kids love eating them raw, in slices, and they are so pretty in salads and pickles.

🌟🌟Happy Days!🌟🌟
Our shop is full at the moment! We have unloaded heaps of new stock from overseas in the last week, and some items are already selling out quickly.
Here is a sneak peak from some of our most recent containers, including:
*Shark Chilli Sauce in Strong and Medium. Strong and Medium refers to the level of 🔥 HEAT🔥 in the bottle. Please read the seal carefully as this tells you Strong or Medium. Do you know that Shark Brand Chilli Sauce is considered to be the OG Sriracha? That’s because it originated in the region of Si Racha in Thailand.
*Ludy’s Ginger Salabat is the perfect drink for cooler weather (but you can add cold water makes it yum for hot days too). It’s made from Ginger, Sugar, and Cayenne Pepper. It’s so good to drink if you have a cold or cough, and even better with a squeeze of lemon.
*General restock of all of our rice noodles. 3mm is the standard size for Pad Thai (Chantaboon), and 5mm and 10mm are used for Pad See Ew🤤😋
*Heaps of snacks, all available in store now!
*Our Kapuso Frozen Smoked Roundscad and Milkfish has just been cleared for sale, and will also be available from Thursday.
*Frozen Jute Leaves, Bittermelon Leaves, Shredded Young Coconut, Bilimbi Fruit, Steamed Banana and more!
*Frozen Goldilocks Cakes Slices, Breads, Cake Rolls and Brownies have arrived.
We can’t wait to see you at our new store in Rolleston. There is plenty of off street parking.

🥩🥓A tasty update!🥓🥩
Thanks to the team at PNP farms, we now have beautiful, fresh meat available in store.
*The Angus Beef and Pork/Bacon products were raised free range on local Canterbury farms.
*The Angus Beef is 100% Grass Fed which we ❤️
*The Streaky Bacon has two options: Regular, or Free from Nitrite
*The lovely meat that we have in stock will be updated regularly.

We will try to post when more arrives, but your best bet is to pop in and see what’s available!
