Be our COMMUNITY FEATURE for the month! Are you a local group or charity that would like some exposure or a fundraising opportunity? Being our Community Feature means you have a stand at the market where you can let people know about what's going on, sign people up, fundraise or whatever you need to do. At 2:50 we will hold a small ceremony wher

e we celebrate our Community Treasures and present the Community Feature with a donation from the market. All artisan stallholder fees go directly to the Community Feature. Have you seen someone doing wonderful stuff, keeping our community working? Email [email protected] with the persons name and a paragraph describing why they are wonderful. At 2:50 on market day we hold a small ceremony, we celebrate each nominee and then randomly select one to receive a tab at the Cosy Corner and Tūpari Wines. Community Treasures are announced on Facebook community pages and in the monthly A&F Bulletin.

Buskers Wanted for Seddon’s Christmas Fair on the Green! 🎶✨

We’re looking for performers of all ages to bring music and energy to our fair. This is a fantastic opportunity for people from all walks of life to get out and perform, share their talent, and even earn some extra cash for Christmas.

This is a fee free opportunity no need for registration fees of any kind, and any performer keeps what they make all you have to do is book a slot and show up easy right!

Christmas Market!! Sunday 14th December 2025 -

The Marlborough Flyer train will visit Seddon three times in the day, bringing 250 passengers on each trip. We will have Santa & the elves visiting our Kowhai Grotto from 12:45. Buskers and music, and we’re working on other attractions too!
