It is our goal to rebuild social fabric within our communities through food, encouraging consumers and businesses to work cooperatively in order to support our local farmers and the overall local economy. We believe that access to safe and nutritious food, is like water, a fundamental human right. It is a common need which should not be exploited for the sake of increasing profits. Hunger has been created and supported by decisions driven by profits and trying to find the cheapest way to produce and market food. Unfortunately this is to the demise of our own well being. By introducing a regional food system, which can be controlled by conscious consumers, we can change our living for the better.
