On Saturday 27th June at midday, native Thai cook Si Doo will be taking a small hands-on class at Gault's Deli and sharing the secrets behind the incredible flavours that make Thai food one of the world's favourite cuisines.
You'll get stuck in making both dishes yourself, learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours, and work with authentic ingredients like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal and chilli.
What I love about this class is that it's not just following a recipe. Si Doo shares the techniques, traditions and little tricks that make all the difference when you're cooking Thai food at home.
There are only 10 seats available, so everyone gets plenty of hands-on time and the chance to ask questions.
