Ruby Spice Chilli Jam, is so versatile. It can be used:
On platters - with cheese, meat or fish
On pizza
On steak or lamb/beef/pork before roasting
Mixed with aioli or mayonnaise for dipping wedges/nachos
As a Thai salad dressing, just add olive/sesame oil and some lime juice
