New Sausage Flavour!!!

This week we were lucky enough to be asked by to create a sausage for flavours of plenty using some of their amazing meat rubs.

Lots of taste testing 😋 but we have come up with the one we think is an absolute banger!!!

A Pork Belly Sausage with Char Grilled Corn, Roasted Capsicum and using their Man Rub as the star in this Smokey Barbecue Sausage.

These were a hit with the team here so watch this space!! Could this be Thomson’s Butchery’s new award winning sausage???
