Let's go! The last processing of the honey of the season.

Honey from Northland.

At Kairangi Honey, our harvesting process is simple and traditional. Honey-filled frames are spun in a centrifuge, then gently strained and stored in food-grade buckets or drums.
Each jar is carefully filled by hand, one by one.
We use only ambient room temperature throughout the process. This simplicity allows us to preserve the honey’s natural aroma and nutritional value.
