Casual Retail Assistant – Fixed Term
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexible hours, thrives in a busy environment, and loves helping customers feel welcome.
About the Role
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product enquiries
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Help with stock replenishment, merchandising, and general store presentation
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
• A warm, approachable manner and strong communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible rostered hours, including weekends
• Someone comfortable with a fixed-term, casual contract
