Our Story

Here at Elements our philosophy is to be a place where good food, good company and good times come together. We believe in food that nourishes - hand made using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We care about service and we make it our mission to ensure each and every person who walks through our door is able to relax and feel right at home. We believe in supporting our community and other local businesses. We offer a variety of locally sourced goods.

Our menu includes vegan, gluten free and dairy free options, along with an in-house juice bar serving up fresh pressed fruit & vegetable juices daily. We’re open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday to Sunday all year round, as well as evening dining during December.

Located in a historic building that once housed the community library, post office and butchery, we’re just a short walk from the beach and a five minute drive from the airport. We have plenty of free, on street parking, and our outdoor seating area is one of the only spots on the South Coast that you’ll find a bit of sheltered sunshine when that Southerly wind blows through!
