Liberty is literally a stone's throw from our Cuba St shop so when head chef Shaun Clouston invited us over to show how he cooks up a delish grilled octopus dish, I had to get dad over to try it. Safe to say he approved 🤌

Shaun Clouston invited us across the road to Liberty Restaurant for a behind the scenes peek at how they cook up their incredible Grilled octopus with blackeye beans, mint salsa verde and puffed black rice. We've been supplying Liberty with seafood since Dion was a couple years old so this is a relationship that spans decades and one we're very grateful for. Thanks for inviting us in, Shaun!

Meet Marco. He's from South London (Wandsworth to be exact). He's been in NZ for 20 years now but still supports Crystal Palace from afar. When he isn't at work he is a huge movie ju**ie. His top three favourite movies of all time are The Revenant, Fight Club, and the first Star Wars movie. His favourite way to cook up seafood is wrapping a good fillet in tin foil with some garlic and coconut cream and baking it for 10 minutes until just cooked 🤌
