One of the most used receipes in my collection is one of the easiest! Who remembers traumatic Home Economics classes with dripping vegetable oil into eggs a drop at a time to make mayonaise ... only for it to split after spending the afternoon in your school bag! If you aren't already a fan of Annabel Langbein's Speedy Mayo receipe then click here: https://www.langbein.com/recipes/speedy-mayo it will change the way you make Mayo forever - and you can also change up the flavours by using our Saffron or Orange Chilli Salts, and of course you can always add some Weedons Garlic Company garlic crushed in to make Aoli. Did you know when it’s very cold olive oil goes solid! It’s the sign of a high quality EVOO - which is why you shouldn’t store olive oil in the fridge - it also means it’s very cold today! But the heater is on in the shop so hopefully our oil will return to its usual liquid gold form ready for tastings today!
