Tomorrow (Waitangi Day) Whakatane Rowing Club hosts the Beach Sprints Summer Series at the Ohope Surf Life Saving Club. It's a great chance to see some of NZs top rowing talent, including Logan Ulrich, Olympic gold medalists Emma Twig and Michael Brake and the giant killers Fin Hamil and Matt Dunham. 💪🚣‍♀️

As proud supporters, R n' Bees will be there pumping out our delicious icecreams, with all proceeds to the Whakatane Rowing Club. Be sure to drop by and indulge, it may be the last of the berry season. 😋🍦🍓

We're fully stocked with Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries and Sweetcorn and a fresh drop of sour dough from Bread Asylum. 🫐🍓🌽

Today is bittersweet as we say farewell to Pauline! She's an absolute powerhouse—she picked an astonishing 2.7 tonnes of strawberries this season, all with a smile on her face. 🤯

Danke Pauline, for your dedication, hard work, great company and German lessons. Das ist gut.

We will miss you and wish you all the very best for your travels in NZ and the future! ❤️

We're sold out of strawberries and boysenberries but still have blueberries. If you missed out, we have frozen berries, great for ambrosia or smoosh them on top of your pav 😋🍓

Seasons greetings R n' ’Bees whanau! We are open December 24th from 7:30am for all of your berry needs. We will have Strawberries, Boysenberries and Blueberries while supplies last.

We do get queues but they usually move quickly. We will keep you posted on this page if things sell out. We can’t wait to see you! 🍓🫐🎄🎅🏼

Last seen proudly standing roadside at R n Bees, luring berry lovers with its swirly pink charm.
Now? Vanished. Kidnapped. Cone-napped.

If you’ve seen a suspiciously large ice cream cone wandering the Bay of Plenty, possibly trying to blend in at a dessert bar or hitchhiking toward a gelato truck… we’d love it back.
