The seasons are changing and so is the produce!

This week will be the end of the macadamia crop for Pipiwai Road Macadamias. They sent us a message to pass on saying "this is your last chance to squirrel some nuts for winter. A big thank you again to all our regulars, it has been a pleasure to provide our carefully grown nuts to such appreciative customers, and thanks also to Whangarei Growers Market, you're an amazing bunch!" See you back next season!

And this week will be the start of our long-term Kiwifruit stall holders. They've been spray free for over 30 years and will be back at the market this Saturday, at the Water Street end, across from Steve's coffee. Welcome back!

Did you pick up some sunglasses at the market last Saturday?

One of our customers misplaced a pair of optical progressive-lens sunglasses between around 9:30am and 10am. The sunglasses are green plastic and they really miss their owner!

If you picked them up for safe keeping, please drop them off at Hydro Healthy's stall at the next market.

Tomorrow Happy Beekeeping (next to the kumara man, Jay) will have a special on Manuka MGO 50+

The honey will be $30 for 1kg for the next 2 weeks
(9th & 16th of May).

They'll will be away on the 23rd of May so the next two weeks are a chance to stock up.
