Took one home tonight and was so tasty!
Seared them in a hot pan around 2-3m then roasted on 180⁰ for 30m
Added a little potato Rosti and simple homemade beetroot/spinach/feta salad.
Topped off with plenty of Apple sauce, start to finish 40m quick and easy.

IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR 🎄

This year we have decided to collect Christmas donations for the Ronald McDonald Family Room in Invercargill.

You may know that our oldest daughter likes a visit to hospital & we have greatly appreciated being able to use the family room (and the Christchurch house), as I know a lot of you will have too.

There will be patients (and their families) who will not be able to be at home during Christmas so lets try and cheer them up, as well as stock the shelves.

We are going to be donating gifts from our own pocket & collecting gifts that any of you may want to give.
It doesn’t have to be huge, a box of chocolates would be massively appreciated, but it’s the thought that counts!!
There’s plenty of ideas on our poster.

All you have to do is leave the gift with staff at our till, UNWRAPPED, before December 12th & we will drop them off.
