A big congratulations to Naomi (aka Gnomesy) on completing her Bakery Apprenticeship – a fantastic achievement and one that reflects her dedication, perseverance, and passion for her craft.
What makes this accomplishment even more impressive is that Naomi has balanced her apprenticeship and full-time role as a bakers assistant while also managing the responsibilities of a young family. Not an easy task.
Naomi is a valued member of our team whose positive attitude, warm personality, and ever-present smile make a difference every day. She approaches every challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism, and this qualification is thoroughly deserved.
