🇺🇸 Today is a day we will never forget nor should we. 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001 was the day the world seemed to stop and watch as the unthinkable happened.

I was just a kid when it happened, but I still remember my teacher bringing the TV into the classroom and all of us watching as it unfolded At that age, I didn't fully understand what we were witnessing or how many lives were at stake. We didn't know that 2,977 people would never make it home to their wives, husbands, children, mothers, fathers, families and friends.

Today is a day to stop for a moment and realize just how lucky we are. Take a moment to think about those 2,977 people who didn't get another tomorrow and the families whose lives were forever changed that morning.

🇺🇸 In honor and memory of those who lost their lives on 9/11, we have placed 2,977 American flags at La Pera's Country Market & Social Barn. 🇺🇸

One flag for every life lost.

As you drive by today, we hope you'll take a moment to look at those flags and remember what each one represents.

So today, hug your loved ones a little tighter. Call your parents. Spend time with your kids. Be kind to one another. And never let those we lost be forgotten.

🇺🇸 2,977 lives. 2,977 flags. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
