Don't just bake, create! Here's a recipe guide that you can use to make your own version of Homemade French Bread made with L' Artisano Premium Artisan Bread Flour.

RECIPE:

Step 1️⃣: Grease your baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal & set aside.
Step 2️⃣: Combine your dry ingredients in a bowl and stir with 2 cups of warm water.
Step 3️⃣: Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until it's elastic and smooth.
Step 4️⃣: Shape kneaded bowl into a ball, place in greased pan, and cover to let it rest.
Step 5️⃣: Degass and punch down fermented dough in half. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 6️⃣: Place loaves on the prepared baking sheet and brush with lightly beaten egg with 1 tbsp water. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise until nearly doubled.
Step 7️⃣: Preheat your oven.
Step 8️⃣: Use a sharp knife to score your dough and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 9️⃣: Remove loaves from the baking sheet, let them cool, and serve!
