Did you know? 🌿 Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3, and antioxidants—making every spoonful a step toward better health! 💚

Soak before eating – Chia absorbs up to 10x its weight in water. Always soak in water, milk, or juice for at least 10–15 minutes to avoid discomfort.
Start small – Begin with 1 tablespoon a day to let your body adjust, then gradually increase (2–3 tbsp daily is safe for most).
Stay hydrated – Since chia is high in fiber, drink plenty of water to aid digestion.
Mix it up – Add to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, salads, or baked goods for extra nutrition.
Best time to eat – Morning for energy 🌞, or pre/post-workout for endurance 💪.
