The training floor is officially alive again! Today marks the first official day of classes for our Batch 13 Meat Fabrication trainees. 🥩✨

There’s always a great energy in the room on day one. We spent the day getting introduced to the basics of butchery, and setting the groundwork for the weeks of intense, hands-on learning ahead.

We just wanted to share a few snapshots from our brief Batch 12 graduation ceremony. Beyond handing out the certificates, our favorite part of the afternoon was simply listening to the trainees talk about their experiences and what they learned during the program.
