ANTI-CRIME OPS IN ECIJA YIELD 5 WANTED PERSONS, 4 DRUG SUSPECTS

CAMP GEN. MARIANO LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija — Intensified Manhunt Charlie and anti-illegal drug operations across the province led to the arrest of five (5) wanted persons and four (4) drug suspects in separate police operations conducted yesterday and early this morning, April 22, 2026.

Reports disclosed that the five (5) wanted persons were apprehended in separate Manhunt Charlie operations by Cabanatuan City Police Station for Grave Oral Defamation and Frustrated Homicide; Sto. Domingo MPS for Falsification of Public Documents by Private Individuals; Cabiao MPS for Concubinage; and San Jose City Police Station for Attempted Homicide.

Meanwhile, four (4) individuals were arrested in separate anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations carried out by operatives of Cabanatuan City PS, Pantabangan MPS, Guimba MPS, and Muñoz City PS. Authorities confiscated a total of 5.59 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of Php38,012.00.

All arrested individuals are now under the custody of the respective police stations for proper disposition and documentation.

“These accomplishments underscore the effectiveness of our strategic planning, the discipline of our personnel, and the strong coordination among our operating units. 7 FALL IN ECIJA’S ANTI-CRIME OPS; FI****MS, GAMBLING PARAPHERNALIA SEIZED

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. Intensified anti-criminality operations across the province conducted by the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) on April 22–23, 2026 resulted in the arrest of seven (7) law offenders, including one (1) most wanted person, and the seizure of illegal gambling paraphernalia.

A joint anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by intelligence operatives of the San Jose City Police Station and the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) in Brgy Kita-Kita, San Jose City, resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old female suspect engaged in illegal “color game.” Authorities seized various gambling paraphernalia, along with bet money amounting to Php1,210.00. Charges for violation of Presidential Decree No. 1602 are being prepared against the arrested suspect.

Meanwhile, manhunt operations conducted by operatives of the Cabanatuan City PS in Brgy Daan Sarile, Cabanatuan City, led to the arrest of a 49-year-old female listed as one of the city’s most wanted persons for violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (two counts) by virtue of a warrant of arrest. Likewise, Laur MPS, Talavera MPS, Cuyapo MPS, San Leonardo MPS, and San Jose City PS arrested five (5) other wanted individuals for violations of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165, RA 7832 otherwise known as the Anti-Electricity and Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage Act of 1994, Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610, Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Damage to Property, and Theft respectively.

Additionally, in Carranglan, a 36-year-old male voluntarily surrendered one (1) caliber .22 rifle without serial number through the station’s Interactive Engagement Policing (IEP) program. The firearm is now under the custody of Carranglan MPS for proper disposition.

All arrested individuals are now under the custody of their respective police stations for proper disposition and documentation.

NEPPO BLOWS DOWN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES; 8 ARRESTED, DRUGS AND SMUGGLED CI******ES SEIZED

CAMP. GEN. MARIANO N LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. Eight ( 8 ) individuals were arrested by police authorities in the continuing operations against illegal activities in the province, along with the seizure of illegal drugs and ci******es yesterday, April 23, 2026.

Based on the reports, five (5) drug peddlers were arrested in separate anti-illegal drug operations launched by operatives of San Leonardo MPS, Cabiao MPS, Gen. Natividad MPS, Gapan City PS and Talavera MPS in there AORs. Seized during the operations were 4.4grams of shabu and 7grams of dried ma*****na leaves with a combined estimated DDB Value of Php38,320.00.

Meanwhile, personnel of Aliaga MPS seized illegal ci******es during an anti-criminality checkpoint operation along Aliaga–Zaragoza Road in Brgy. Santiago, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija, flagged down a Honda TMX (Supremo) with an improvised sidecar for routine inspection and discovered in plain view two (2) boxes of “Golden Beat” ci******es inside the vehicle; the driver failed to present proper documents for the items, which have an estimated street value of ₱41,000.00.

Further, two (2) individuals were arrested for qualified theft after being caught transporting stolen materials from a solar facility in Brgy. Callos, Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija, when on the same day, a security guard conducting a routine vehicle inspection flagged down a white Isuzu Traviz and discovered a high-voltage wire measuring approximately 16 meters concealed inside the vehicle; the suspects, a 37-year-old foreman and a 41-year-old driver, were found in possession of the item valued at around ₱30,000.00, leading to their immediate arrest and the recovery of the stolen property.

The accused are now under the custody of respective operating units.

10 DRUG TRADERS, PHP63K SHABU CAPTURED IN NEPPO’s ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG OPS

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, CABANATUAN CITY. Ten (10) drug traders and more than Php 63,000.00 worth of illegal drugs were netted in NEPPO’s anti-illegal drug operations, yesterday and this morning, April 23, 2026.

Reports reaching PCOL RITCHIE R CLARAVALL, Provincial Director, NEPPO stated that elements of Sto. Domingo PS, Aliaga PS, Rizal PS, Zaragoza PS, Quezon PS, Cabanatuan City PS, and General Tinio PS conducted separate Anti-Illegal Drug Buy-bust Operations in their AORs that led to the arrest of the said drug personalities.

Seized during the operations was MOL 9.39 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated DDB value of Php 63,852.00.

The arrested suspects are now under the custody of their respective operating units, while appropriate charges for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) are being prepared against them.

OVER 74K WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED; 20 OFFENDERS NABBED IN ANTI-CRIME OPS IN NUEVA ECIJA

CAMP GEN. MARIANO LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija — Intensified anti-illegal drug operations and Manhunt Charlie efforts across the province resulted in the confiscation of more than Php74,000.00 worth of shabu and in the arrest of 20 law offenders yesterday and early this morning, April 25, 2026.

Reports revealed that ten (10) drug suspects were apprehended in separate anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations by operatives of Sta. Rosa MPS (2), Gapan City PS (2), Licab MPS (1), Jaen MPS (1), Talugtug MPS (2), San Jose City PS (1), and Llanera MPS (1). Authorities seized a total of 10.92 grams of shabu with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of Php74,256.00.

Meanwhile, nine (9) wanted persons were arrested in separate Manhunt Charlie operations by Palayan City PS (3) for violation of Section 10 of RA 7610; San Antonio MPS (1) for violation of Section 4(c)(4) of RA 10175; Guimba MPS (1) for violation of Sections 14 and 15, Article II of RA 9165; Laur MPS (1) for acts of lasciviousness; San Leonardo MPS (1) for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165; Muñoz City PS (1) for slight physical injuries; and Pantabangan MPS (1) for simple slander.

In a separate incident at around 1:00 AM, personnel of San Isidro MPS responded to a report from a concerned citizen regarding a 41-year-old man behaving violently and threatening bystanders along NIA Road, Brgy. Poblacion, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. Upon arrival, officers confirmed the report and arrested the suspect. A body search led to the confiscation of one caliber .38 revolver loaded with three (3) live rounds of ammunition, along with two (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu.

All the arrested individuals are currently under the custody of the aforesaid police stations for documentation and disposition.

PNP NABS PRO 10 TOP MOST WANTED FACING R**E AND SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES

The Philippine National Police (PNP) under the leadership of PNP Chief, Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., reported the arrest of a Regional Most Wanted Person on April 20, 2026, in Barangay Panabol, Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental.

The operation was conducted through the coordinated efforts of personnel from the Kinoguitan Municipal Police Station, Provincial Intelligence Unit, and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company of Misamis Oriental Police Provincial Office, together with the 1001st Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 10 and the Regional Intelligence Unit 10, Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group.

Arrested was a 35-year-old Filipino male who was listed as the No. 2 Most Wanted Person in Police Regional Office 10. He was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the court for five counts of statutory r**e, with no bail recommended, and five counts of sexual assault, with bail set at Php1,000,000.00.

The charges stemmed from a complaint filed by the victim’s family, which led to an investigation, medical examination, and the gathering of evidence that supported the filing of appropriate cases in court.

Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr. commended the operating units for their coordinated and disciplined action.

“Sa bawat operasyon, sinisiguro natin na ang pagpapatupad ng batas ay maayos at may paggalang sa karapatan ng lahat. Ang mahalaga, ang mga may kinakaharap na kaso ay naihaharap sa tamang proseso ng batas,” he said.

He added, “We will continue to strengthen our efforts in locating wanted persons and ensuring that justice is served, always guided by professionalism and accountability.”

This accomplishment is in line with the PNP Focused Agenda, particularly under Enhanced Managing Police Operations, and supports the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to strengthen law enforcement efforts while upholding accountability and respect for human rights.

OVER 218K WORTH OF ILLEGAL CI******ES SEIZED IN ECIJA ANTI-CRIME OPS

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija — NEPPO confiscated more than Php218,000.00 worth of illegal ci******es during intensified anti-criminality operations conducted across the province on April 21, 2026.

A 37-year-old male suspect, a resident of Purok 6, Brgy. San Felipe Matanda, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija, was arrested in a buy-bust operation against counterfeit ci******es conducted by joint operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), NEPPO, and Cabanatuan City Police Station in Purok 1, Brgy. San Isidro, Cabanatuan City. Seized during the operation were four (4) boxes containing assorted cigarette brands, including Modern Red, Modern Lights, Modern Black, and FS Filter ci******es, along with additional reams lacking tax stamps. The total estimated value of the confiscated items reached Php118,320.00.

Meanwhile, at about 4:05 AM, personnel of Lupao Municipal Police Station conducted an anti-criminality checkpoint in Brgy. Poblacion South, Lupao, Nueva Ecija, where they flagged down a black Suzuki Smash motorcycle with sidecar. Upon inspection, authorities discovered thirty-two (32) reams of assorted counterfeit ci******es with an estimated value of Php15,000.00, leading to the arrest of a 32-year-old male vendor from Brgy. Curva, Science City of Muñoz.

In a separate operation, personnel of Licab Municipal Police Station conducting mobile patrol in Brgy. San Juan, Licab, Nueva Ecija, discovered a black Kawasaki tricycle (kolong-kolong) with a suspect nearby. Upon verification, operatives found assorted cigarette reams in plain view, including eleven (11) reams of Modern Red and nine (9) reams of Titanium Green ci******es, with an estimated value of Php10,600.00. The suspect was subsequently arrested.

Moreover, at around 9:15 PM, personnel of Zaragoza Municipal Police Station conducted Oplan Sita along Zaragoza–Panabingan Road in Brgy. Sto. Rosario Old, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, where they flagged down a silver metallic Toyota Fortuner for routine inspection. During the inspection, operatives observed a box labeled “Golden Leaf” in plain view. Further verification led to the discovery of five (5) boxes of suspected smuggled or counterfeit ci******es with an estimated value of Php75,000.00. Two (2) male suspects, both residents of Brgy. San Francisco, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija, were arrested.

All arrested individuals are now under the custody of their respective police stations for proper disposition and documentation and will face charges for violation of Republic Act 8424 (Tax Evasion/Illicit Ci******es).
