Rosarios Delicacies farm is located within the majestic foothills of Mt. Apo, the tallest mountain in the Philippines, situated around Calinan, Davao. Davao is known to produce the best quality fruits due to its rich volcanic soils and distinct weather conditions, and the complete control of our postharvest and fruit processing activities. We produce a unique flavor that captures Davao’s rich and
complex cultures. Rosarios Delicacies manufacture frozen and processed fruits, specifically durian, cacao, mangosteen, marang and other fruits. It was started in the early late 80s by the families’ patriarch Severino C. Belviz and was established on June 18, 2001. At present, Rosarios Delicacies is presently producing frozen durian, durian chips, durian jam, durian confectioners, Tableya (drinking chocolate), 100% chocolate, 60% and 75% dark bean to bar chocolates, mangosteen jam and confectioners, and other fruit products. The company continues to expand its product lines to develop innovative products to cater to the needs and taste of its customers. All the above products are currently distributed locally (Philippines). Among our more prominent clients are Marco Polo Davao, Blugre coffee shop, Serenitea, Mandarin Tea Garden, NCCC mall and others. The company also aims to expand its market globally. All these years, Rosarios Delicacies has maintained the good quality of its products. Its programs include the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure safety of the product produced. The company passed the accreditations such as Halal, Davao Branding Program (for durian Jam) and has a license to operate from the Food and Drug Administration (LTO-RD11-RXI-F-2209). The company also is assisted and guided by Department of Science and Technology (DOST RXI) thru their set-up program, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Agriculture (DA) and Southern Mindanao Integrated Agricultural Research Center (SMIARC) to ensure better, innovative and safe products. Rosarios delicacies is an active member of Food Processors Association of Davao City (FPAD), Davao City Chamber of Commerce and industry incorporated (DCCII) and Cacao Industry Development Association of Mindanao Inc (CIDAMI).
