𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗦 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 & 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 ✨
(Long post ahead pero promise—worth the read!)

Back in 2020, I was officially diagnosed with 𝗣𝗖𝗢𝗦 — but honestly, alam ko na noon pa lang high school, something was off. My cycle was always irregular, and I just ignored it. 🩸

Then came the lockdown… stress, less movement, and emotional eating took over. I gained weight, stopped my checkups, and slowly lost confidence in myself.

Fast forward to late last year, my husband and I decided to take control again. 🏸 We started playing badminton, running, and doing healthier habits together. His sugar levels were high, and I was just… tired of feeling unhealthy.

After months of effort, my husband’s sugar improved (yay, proud wife here! 🙌), but deep down, I was still struggling. For 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, I didn’t have my menstruation — and I kept it to myself out of shame and fear of judgment.

Then came the game changer. Someone introduced me to our
