Minsan ay hindi maiiwasan na may mga palay (maketa sa Pangasinan) pang nakahalo sa bigas na pinapagiling ko. Noon ay mano mano kong inihihiwalay ang mga palay. Bukod sa matrabaho, ay hindi pa natatanggal halos lahat ng palay.

Ngayon ay mabilis nang natatanggal ang mga ito gamit ang aking rice color sorter machine :)

sa wakas, nahakot na din natin ang last batch ng palay ng black rice at red rice na galing sa ating partner farmer! Pinakiusapan natin kasi ang ating partner farmer na itago muna sa kaniyang bodega ang palay dahil wala na tayong mapaglagyan last month!
