These two bottles may look worlds apart in color but they both came from the same tiny producers: stingless bees.
So what's the difference? It all comes down to the nectar source. Bees collect from different flowers, and each plant leaves its own signature affecting the honey's color, aroma, and taste.
Lighter honey is often milder and slightly tangy, while darker honey tends to be richer, bolder, and more complex. Nature's way of showing that even from the same hive, diversity is possible.
