Before creating our own kimchi here in Davao, we explored and tasted kimchi from countless restaurants in Korea — from cozy local spots to famous food streets — searching for that perfect balance of spice, crunch, and flavor. 🌶️🥬
After all those delicious experiences, we decided to bring the taste we truly loved back home and create our very own Franz Ykang Kimchi for Davao.
Every batch is made with care, authenticity, and a whole lot of passion.
