Salt. Sugar. Dill. Time.

A QUICK GRAVLAX RECIPE
• 1 kg salmon (skin on)
• 100g salt
• 100g sugar
• Fresh dill, generous
• Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

Cure for 24–36 hours, rinse, slice thin. That’s it.
