At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "DINDO" {JONGDARI} was estimated based on all available data at 635 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (24.9°N, 126.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northeastward at 10 km/h.

FORECAST:
Zamboanga Peninsula and Misamis Occidental will have partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from southeast to southwest with slight to moderate seas.
