Ikaw yung babae na hawak niya… pero hindi niya pinili.
Hinawakan ka lang niya nang sapat para hindi ka umalis, pero hindi sapat para manatili ka sa tamang dahilan.
Minahal ka niya kapag convenient lang, hindi sa level na kailangan ng tapang, commitment, o totoong desisyon.
Hindi mo naman hiniling ang perpektong relasyon. gusto mo lang ng katapatan, linaw, at pagmamahal na hindi ka ikinukubli, hindi ka nililito, at hindi ka sinasaktan.
Pero inilagay ka niya sa waiting room ng buhay niya, habang ang pinakamahusay na bahagi niya ay para sa iba… o para sa hinaharap na hindi ka kasama.
Karapat-dapat kang pinili, hindi hinawakan lang.
Karapat-dapat ka sa pagmamahal na ipaglalaban ka, hindi yung binubuhat at binabagsak lang kapag convenient sa kanya.
Isang araw, makikita mo: wala kang nawala.
Lumayo ka lang sa lugar na inuupahan lang ang puso mo, hindi pag-aari.
At kapag isinulat ng Diyos ang tunay mong love story, malalaman mo ang pagkakaiba ng pagiging option at pagiging answered prayer. ❤️

It's okay to create boundaries when people are taking you for granted. I hope you don't allow anyone to treat you poorly because you deserve people who genuinely care for you. You have to keep in mind that a person like you deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. You don't have to deal with those people who keep disrespecting your feelings. Learn to walk away from toxic people because they are the ones who will hurt you without any regret. It is necessary to protect yourself from those who never see your worth. It is not selfish to put yourself first sometimes. It is okay to distance yourself from those who keep treating you like a worthless person. Learn to respect yourself by not giving away a part of yourself to people who don't appreciate you. And most importantly, learn to love yourself even though some people make you feel like you are not worthy of love.

If you love someone, don't suffocate them with big words. Show them in small gestures, in the way you listen to them, in the way you stay by their side when the world is falling apart. Words can be repeated, learned by heart... but a sincere gesture never lies.

And if you don't love them anymore, then you have a duty to say it. Without drama, without pretense, without letting them look for signs in your eyes or explain your coldness to themselves. A truth told directly hurts, but at least it frees. Silence and changed behavior only tear slowly, from the inside.

So show love. And say its absence. That's the only form of respect.
