All Cakes made by The Bekshop are subject to the following terms and conditions
Orders
We prefer 1 week notice on cakes however we will accept short notice cakes subject to the availability of the date required. Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by cake for all occasions as our interpretation of that
cake and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo. Bread , egg pie, cassava cake, puto ( steamed cake) 2 days notice is okay.. Deposits
We require a deposit on placement of order for all cakes, which is deducted from the final balance payable. Delivery
Cakes will be delivered and set up subject to availability; any arrangements for delivery may be subject to change, however prior notice will be given where possible. Cakes are to be collected from our premises at a prearranged time and date only. CHANGES TO ORDERS
Alterations to orders may be requested, but we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges may apply for any changes. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We work hard at The Bekshop to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service you should first speak to the owner. We will endeavor to give all complaints our urgent attention. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will endeavor to resolve the matter within 15 working days.
