𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗡 & 𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗥𝗘𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗔𝗗𝗢
(𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 – 𝗷𝘂𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲.)

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆
• Remove Rebosado from the freezer.
• Place in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight to thaw completely.
• DO NOT thaw at room temperature to avoid bacterial growth.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹
• In a deep frying pan, pour enough cooking oil to submerge the meat.
• Heat the oil to 170–180°C (340–355°F).
(Test: drop a small breadcrumb – it should sizzle and rise immediately.)

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗙𝗿𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆
• Once fully thawed, carefully place the Rebosado into the hot oil.
• Fry for 4–6 minutes for Chicken Rebosado, or until golden brown.
• Fry for 3–5 minutes for Pork Rebosado, or until golden brown.
• Do not overcrowd the pan — fry in batches for consistent crispiness.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲
• Remove from oil and let rest on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
• Serve hot and crispy with your favorite dipping sauce.

✅ Pro Tip: For extra crispiness, let the cooked Rebosado rest for 1–2 minutes before serving to allow the coating to firm up.
