About Us

Certera Bakeshop started out as a small, home-based family owned and run business in Baguio offering Special Homemade Cheese Ensaimadas to consumers in the northern part of Luzon. Over the years, we have managed to expand our business and built a commissary in Lipa City, Batangas to cater to customers in south Luzon and Metro Manila. To date, both our Baguio and Batangas commissaries are

fully functional and continue to supply numerous merchants in Luzon. A little over a year ago, we decided to venture out and target customers in the Visayas region thus our expansion to Cebu. As such, we do not have any other offerings. However, we offer our ensaimadas in two flavors - Cheese and Special Ube. Our Vision

The ensaimada has been a well-loved pastry by Filipinos for over 400 years. It is Certera's vision to make our products a staple merienda not just locally, but all over the world. Our Location

The Cetera main office is located in Kauswagan, Bangkal, Lapu Lapu City. However, we have commissaries in Baguio City and Lipa City, Batangas. We cater to various parts of Luzon as well as the Visayas region. Contact Us
