Hi customers, friends, followers... After renovating the kitchen building and install a roof top for future small servings we are back in production now. Actually first stock of Thüringer Bratwurst (German style BBQ-sausage) is available.
The high prices for pork and beef makes it necessary to change our price policies as long as the meat prices don't decrease. Next week there is new stock of smoked products like beef tenderloin, pork ("salmon") ham, smoked belly and others. Liver spread and meatloaf follows, as well as smoked raw or brewed sausages.
