- No smoking 🚬 and drinking alcohol beverages 🍺 inside of the room and even in the facility area 🚫

- No cooking inside of the room🍳, only in the kitchen area.

- No pets allowed 🐕

- Visiting hours is up to 8 pm only 🕘, exceeding from the visiting hours will be considered as transient 🧑

- Turn off appliances (electric fan, lights, faucet, etc.) when not in use and before leaving 🚶

- No high-voltage appliances are allowed (unless negotiated) 🚫

- No high-voltage or any appliances are allowed ⚡

- Observe silence, minimize noise 🔇

- Observe cleanliness and orderliness, segregate waste 🚮

- Avoid delayed payments 🧾

- Damaging property within this boarding house will have a corresponding fees ‼️
