A personal invitation.
Over the past year, I’ve stepped away from the baking community for a bit and focused on sports and personal cake commissions. But creating desserts has always been something very close to my heart.
So, next weekend feels a little special. After 17 years of baking and making cakes and pastries, I’m finally doing my first pop-up, myself… and I’m a little nervous. I’m stepping into a more intimate, quiet and immediate space.
I will be hosting the very first pop-up of Jamie Guardino Pâtisserie, March 13–15 at The Assembly Grounds, Makati (beside Air Mall). From 11am-9:30pm.
I’ll be offering a small selection of pastries and desserts, baked fresh daily in limited batches.

• assorted French macarons + Dubai chocolate pistachio macarons
• Dubai pistachio-filled chocolate cookies (pre-order ONLY due to limited batches)
*NOT Dubai chewy cookie
• cake boxes
• cake taster bars
• chocolate banana loaf
• choux au craquelin
And a few others…
I’ve done lots of demos and taught hundreds of classes, but this is totally new to me.
If you’ve followed my baking journey for years, it would honestly mean so much to see you there, even if you’re just stopping by to say hello. Friends, students, followers and fans, you’re all invited. I did two ocular visits and the venue can be quiet which makes me extremely nervous but I went ahead and booked a slot—₱12,000 for 3 days. I told myself “If the foot traffic is low during the event and I don’t sell out or break even, I’ll take it as a learning experience so, seeing friends and familiar faces would make the experience special.
No need to purchase anything, your presence alone would mean a lot. Of course, there will also be pastries and desserts available in limited quantities if you feel like treating yourself.
