History
Los Hermanos all began on August 06, 2013 when owner Amer Ostwani and his brothers, Khaled and Miguel, created Subs to Go, their very first food stall. They came up with the "healthy" concept when they wanted healthy food around De La Salle University (DLSU). Every term that passed there were more and more restaurants/food stalls along Taft being built yet none served healthy food. The th
ree brothers then realized that there may be other students who also wanted to have healthy food yet were deprived of it because of the scarcity of healthy food around Taft. This started their search for a possible spot around Taft where they could put up a food stall. "We were able to get a place in the Agno Food court just beside the entrance to De La Salle University," Amer Ostwani mentioned. This eventually led to the opening of Subs To Go, which serves different healthy sandwiches and salads in Agno. Few months had passed and they thought of a new concept in healthy rice meals, which brought Los Hermanos to life last May 23, 2014. Check Subs To Go at https://www.facebook.com/SubsToGo.ph?fref=ts

Interview with Amer Ostwani, owner of Los Hermanos
Question #1: How did it all start? Answer: Los Hermanos is actually a branch-out restaurant from our first one, Subs-to-Go where we sell healthy subs and paninis from premium ingredients intended for health-conscious Lasallians. After noticing the increased demand for healthy food around Taft, we decided to take it on a higher level by opening another food stall focused on selling healthy rice meals this time. Question #2: What made you come up with this business? Answer: My brothers and I came up with the healthy-food concept for our business because we ourselves are looking for these types of establishments around Taft and we weren't able to find one. We realized that we might not be the only ones looking for such, making us decide to put up a business ourselves. Answer: We aim not only to target the students of De La Salle University but the faculty, staff and management as well. We want to be able to give the entire Lasallian community a chance to eat healthy. Question #4: What are your products? Answer: Los Hermanos serves a variety of healthy rice meals.
