Per box INTERO (untrimmed) — nagre-replace lang kami kung may lettuce na lusaw pagdating from Benguet.

📝 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT

1. Price & Condition

Ang mga delivered boxes ay untrimmed / INTERO, kaya mababa ang presyo per box.
Expect regular trimmings ng 1–2 kilos.

Ang trimmed lettuce naman ay mas mataas ang presyo kaysa sa untrimmed.

NOTE:
Mas maganda ang condition ng goods kapag idinideliver ng umaga.
👉 Please be advised: Kunin po ang orders between 8:00–11:00 AM onwards.
Mas basa at mainit ang panahon = mas mataas ang chance na malusaw ang lettuce.

Since perishable po ang lettuce, kindly cooperate by:
✅Ilabas agad sa box
✅I -Trim ang trimmings
✅I- store sa malamig na lalagyan

2. Replacement Policy

Cutoff for replacement:
1 PM only.
Pag lumampas dito, wala na pong replacement.

Client must provide clear pictures and videos for replacement.
⚠️ NO PROOF, NO REPLACEMENT

3. Late Pickup = Own Risk
Pag late na nakuha ang box, hindi na po covered for replacement.

Untrimmed boxes: Lower price.

Trimmed boxes: Higher price.

Note: Morning deliveries ensure better quality. Orders picked up after 7 AM are less prone to melting due to heat.

2. Replacement Policy:

Cut-off: 10 AM.

Proof Required: Submit photos/videos for replacement requests. No proof, no replacement.
