Hndi na Ako nakakatikim nito 😋

TUNA LUMPIANG SHANGHAI naman tayo 😋😋

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans Tuna
1 small carrot (grated)
1 medium onion (minced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
some kinchay (pwede wala)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or dinurog na skyflakes)
2 pcs small eggs
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese (konti lang, pwede wala)
1 teaspoon knorr liquid seasoning (or any seasoning)
lumpia wrappers
oil for frying

PROCEDURE:
1. Salain ang oil ng tuna (pwede gumamit ng corned tuna para wala na oil)

2. sa isang bowl, mix ang tuna, carrot, onion, garlic, kinchay, breadcrumbs, eggs, grated cheese. Mix well. Saka timplahan ng asin at paminta pampalasa. Maglagay na rin ng liquid seasoning. Mix well.

3. Gamit ang small wrapper, balutin ang mga mixture. Naglagay rin ako ng cheese strip sa gitna pero pwede wala. Balutin ang lahat ng mixture.

4. Magpainit ng mantika sa kawali. iprito ang lumpia sa medium heat hanggang maging golden brown. Enjoy!

Serving suggestion: with sweet chili sauce or ketchup 😋
