If hindi nakapangalan kay recruit ang proof of billing kailangan may supporting document na photocopy:
👉if sa asawa nakapangalan with marriage contract
👉if sa parents nakapangalan with birth certificate
👉if nangungupahan at nakapangalan sa may-ari ng inuupahan, need ng authorization letter, ID ng may-ari photocopy at proof of payment if tapos na ang due date ng billing na iprepresent.
*Kung walang PROOF OF BILLING Pwede ang sumusunod:

👉WAYBILL na nakaattached sa parcel na napurchased from Shopee or Lazada (tinatanggap lamang ay atleast 1 month updated)
* Call of HCR for the verification of Recruit.
