My name is Loida, a mother of 3 kids.
Oct. 2009 noong nalaman kong may maliit akong ovarian cyst. Sa loob nang 6 na taon pabalik balik ako sa OB Gyne for regular check up and monitoring sa size nang cyst. It starts with a BOTTLE(a Convo testi)

One day at the office my co worker who is generous and kind, treat us with KINALAS(a well knowned dish in camarines sur) who happen to tell me that our co worker is suffering from high uric acid and high cholesterol thats why he is avoiding the kinalas.
