Hello Sir/Ma’am,

To help you prepare for the Holy Week rush, we will continue our regular delivery operations from Monday to Sunday.

Please note the following due to peak demand:

-Poultry meats will not be available on Good Friday.

-Vegetables will be limited on Saturday.

-Seafood supplies are very limited and prices may be higher than usual.

We highly recommend advancing your orders on Wednesday and Thursday to ensure sufficient stock throughout the peak days.

2021, pandemic, lowest point ng buhay ko, umabot ng 230 lbs then diagnosed with Diabetes. Then overthinking and anxiety to the point nilista ko na lahat ng bank accounts, username and passwords ko at binigay kay wife.

Buti na lang at napapaligiran ako ng mga taong mababait (at malakas mangasar)

unti unting nakakarecover, at nababalance ang mental health, samahan ng exercise at balanced diet

speaking of diet, isa sa mga madalas kong kainin ay salmon. Medyo pricey nga lang.

This coming Sunday, mag rerestock yung mga clients ko at kukuha ng Salmon from Manila cold storage, baka meron gusto magpasabay
