At Bahay Buko, coffee isn’t just a drink—it’s a journey.
And we are with your berry every step of the way after our local farmer partners harvest and deliver them to us.
All inhouse -- sort, dry, roast, grind, and brew -- done with lotsa love and maybe a little too much coffee slurping.
The only things we don’t do?
Plant the coffee trees and harvest the berries.
That part, we happily entrust to the masters ---
our local partner farmers, who grow some of the best coffee this side of the equator/country and who masterfully know which ones to pick that are just right for the best and optimal taste.

“Bahay” means home. “Buko” means coconut.
And just like the humble coconut, we believe great coffee should be refreshing, grounded, and full of surprises.
Our space is designed to feel like your second home—laid-back peaceful oasis right in the middle of our bustling town with whimsical garden-tropical vibes, rich with interesting woodland-y characters and robust coffee flavor and aroma.
