Welcomes customers as they enter the store.
Answers customer inquiries and calls for assistance from other personnel as necessary.
Helps customers locate items they’re looking for.
Recommends add-on products and promotional items.
Prepares customers’ online and store purchases.
Hand over to designated couriers the orders for pick-up.
Answers phone and transfers call to the appropriate personnel.
Addresses and resolves customer complaints or issues.
Provide excellent customer service.
Takes stock inventory.
Assists in shelving and restocking items.
Order, store and organize all office supplies.
Manage all orders on a regular basis.
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Update sales, expenses, and other necessary documents as and when needed.
Participate in meetings and record minutes of meetings.
Provide follow-ups.
Sort and distribute mails and faxes to respective personnel.
Store, file and retrieve documents and reports as and when needed.
Provide support as and when required.

Job Requirements:
Computer Literate
English Language Proficiency
Excellent Communication Skills
Basic Photography and Editing Skills
Strong Attention to Detail
Good Organization and Planning Skills
Able to Work Without Direct Supervision
Can Work 6x a Week
Resourceful
